1 Stop Business Services

We provide 1:1 mentoring to individuals for their emotional wellbeing, as well as practical support in helping people to move forward in their lives in the way they wish to be supported. We visit individuals at an agreed location in the Southampton, Eastleigh or Winchester area where sessions can be from 90 mins to 3 hours.

In addition to this, we often host FREE Drop-In’s for people to discuss their mental health or wellbeing – the locations of these vary but the information is on our website www.compassionatecuppa.co.uk or on Facebook.
